How you live
You have a large, shaded terrace on the ground floor with loungers, lounge furniture and a dining table and chairs overlooking the huge pool. It is only a few metres away. Inside, the 59 square metre apartment has a bedroom with a built-in wardrobe, a living/dining area with a brand new, comfortable sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub. WLAN included. There is ample parking in the complex and you can hire bicycles at the hotel. There are public washing machines.
We have a baby cot available on request.
What you pay
You pay per night 60-90 EUR depending on month and length of stay. Please request an offer for your required time frame.
- The price is for 2 guests. Surcharge 5 EUR per day per additional adult. Minimum 7 nights.
- Final cleaning 95 EUR
- A security deposit of 200 EUR is required. This is returned within 7 days of your departure given no damages have taken place the property is left clean and tidy.

Where you live
You stay privately, but benefit from the amenities of the holiday complex: there are 2 large outdoor pools (with a kiosk for snacks and drinks). There is also an indoor pool and a spa/wellness area (massages can be booked at the hotel reception). You can even eat in the hotel for a fee.
You can be in the centre of the restaurant and bar street of Kato Paphos in 5 minutes on foot. With Sodap Beach Bar and Alykes Beach you have two great beaches right on your doorstep. The harbour is a 20-minute walk directly along the coastal promenade.
* The air conditioning units are equipped with a coin-operated machine that requires 1 euro coins. We give you 10 euros to start with, set to night mode, which is enough for 2 nights. If the air conditioning is used 24 hours a day, even when you are at the pool or on the beach, it costs 24 euros in normal mode.
If you open the patio door and the front door you have a great draught and, depending on the temperature outside, you won't need air conditioning at all.
Our service: We offer you the opportunity to buy 30 or 60 additional 1 EUR coins, which we will then place in your home. If you don't need them, you can simply spend them elsewhere. So nothing is lost, we just take some of the work off your hands if you wish.

Wie du lebst
Du hast eine große, schattige Terrasse im EG mit Liegen, Lounge-Möbeln und Esstisch und Stühlen mit Blick auf den riesigen Pool. Der ist nur wenige Meter entfernt. Innen gibt es auf 59qm ein Schlafzimmer mit Einbauschrank, einen Wohn-/Ess-Bereich mit einem brandneuen, bequemen Schlafsofa, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein Bad mit Badewanne. WLAN inklusive. Es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze in der Anlage und du kannst im Hotel Fahrräder mieten. Es gibt öffentliche Waschmaschinen.
Wir haben ein Babybett verfügbar auf Anfrage.
Was du zahlst
Pro Nacht zahlst du je nach Monat und Länge deines Aufenthalts 60-90 EUR.
- Preis für 2 Personen. Aufschlag 5 EUR pro Tag je weiterem Erwachsenen.

- Endreinigung 95 EUR
- Eine Kaution von 200 € ist erforderlich. Diese wird innerhalb von 7 Tagen nach deiner Abreise zurück erstattet, vorausgesetzt, es sind keine Schäden aufgetreten und die Wohnung wird sauber und ordentlich hinterlassen.

Wo du lebst
Du wohnst privat, profitierst aber von den Annehmlichkeiten der Ferienanlage: Es gibt 2 große Außenpools (mit Kiosk für Snacks und Getränke). Außerdem einen Innen-pool und einen Spa-/ Wellnessbereich (Massagen an der Hotelrezeption buchbar). Du kannst sogar im Hotel essen gegen Gebühr.
Du bist in 5 Minuten zu Fuss mitten in der Restaurant- und Barstrasse von Kato Paphos. Mit der Sodap Beach Bar und dem Alykes Beach hast du zwei tolle Strände direkt vor der Haustür. Zum Hafen sind es 20 Minuten zu Fuss direkt an der Küstenpromenade entlang.
* Die Klimaanlagen sind mit einer Münzmaschine ausgestattet, die 1 Euro Münzen benötigen. Wir geben euch zum Start 10 Euro mit, eingestellt auf Nachtmodus reicht das für 2 Nächte. Wenn die Klimaanlage 24 Stunden rund um die Uhr genutzt wird, sie auch läuft, wenn man am Pool oder am Strand ist, so kostet das 24 Euro im Normalmodus. Ca. 1 Euro pro Stunde.
Wenn ihr die Terassentür und die Eingangstür öffnet habt ihr prima Durchzug und je nach Temperatur draußen braucht ihr dann gar keine Klimaanlage mehr.
Unser Service: Wir bieten dir an, jetzt schon 30 oder 60 weitere 1 EUR Münzen zu kaufen, die wir dir dann in die Wohnung legen. Wenn du sie nicht brauchst, gibst du sie ganz einfach anderweitig aus. Es ist also nichts verloren, wir nehmen dir nur auf Wunsch etwas Arbeit ab.
