How you live
The centrepiece is the 18 sqm terrace with fantastic sea views. Here you can chill out and enjoy a sundowner to your heart's content.
Inside there is in 65sqm a bedroom with built-in wardrobe, a living/dining area with another sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and a bathroom with bathtub. WLAN and TV included.
We have a baby cot available on request.
What you pay
You pay per night 50-80 EUR depending on month and length of stay. Please request an offer for your required time frame.
- The price is for 2 guests. Surcharge 5 EUR per day per additional adult. Minimum 5 nights.
- Final cleaning 70 EUR
- A security deposit of 200 EUR is required. This is returned within 7 days of your departure given no damages have taken place the property is left clean and tidy.
- Long-term discount on request.

Where you live
The residential complex is quietly located and well maintained. There is a communal pool. A car park belongs to the apartment.
The village square of Peyia (supermarket, various pubs and tavernas) is a 10-minute walk away. The beach of Coral Bay and the restaurant and bar mile there are ten minutes away by car. You can reach the centre of Paphos and the harbour in 30 minutes by car/bus.
* The air conditioning units are equipped with a coin-operated machine that requires 1 euro coins. We give you 10 euros to start with. If the air conditioning is used 24 hours a day, even when you are at the pool or on the beach, it costs 24 euros in normal mode.
* A security deposit of 200€ is required. This is returned within 7 days of your departure given no damages have taken place the property is left clean and tidy.

Das Herzstück ist die 18qm große Terrasse mit fantastischem Meerblick. Hier kannst du nach Herzenslust chillen und einen Sundowner genießen. Innen gibt es auf 65qm ein Schlafzimmer mit Einbau-schrank, einen Wohn-/Ess-Bereich mit einem weiteren Schlafsofa, eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Waschmaschine und ein Bad mit Badewanne. WLAN und TV inklusive.
Wir haben ein Babybett verfügbar auf Anfrage.
Was Du zahlst
Pro Nacht zahlst du je nach Monat und Länge deines Aufenthalts 50-80 EUR.
- Preis für 2 Personen. Aufschlag 5 EUR pro Tag je weiterem Erwachsenen.
Minimum 5 Nächte.
- Endreinigung 70 EUR
- Eine Kaution von 200 € ist erforderlich. Diese wird innerhalb von 7 Tagen nach deiner Abreise zurück erstattet, vorausgesetzt, es sind keine Schäden aufgetreten und die Wohnung wird sauber und ordentlich hinterlassen.

Wo Du lebst
Die Wohnanlage ist ruhig gelegen und gepflegt. Es gibt einen Gemeinschafts-pool. Ein Parkplatz gehört zum Apartment.
Du bist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß am Dorfplatz von Peyia (Supermarkt, diverse Pubs und Tavernen) und in zehn Minuten mit dem Auto am Strand von Coral Bay und der Restaurant- und Barmeile dort. Ins Zentrum von Paphos und zum Hafen sind es 30 Minuten.
* Die Klimaanlagen sind mit einer Münzmaschine ausgestattet, die 1 Euro Münzen benötigen. Wir geben euch zum Start 10 Euro mit. Wenn die Klimaanlage 24 Stunden rund um die Uhr genutzt wird, sie auch läuft, wenn man am Pool oder am Strand ist, so kostet das 24 Euro.
* Eine Kaution von 200 € ist erforderlich. Diese wird innerhalb von 7 Tagen nach deiner Abreise zurückerstattet, vorausgesetzt, es sind keine Schäden aufgetreten und die Wohnung wird sauber und ordentlich hinterlassen.
